Jeff is a hydrowarrior, an honorary title for anyone with hydrocephalus. Jeff was born with hydrocephalus and has had (as of 2023) 7 brain surgeries, and 6 other related surgeries because of the condition. He is also the host of a TV show called “Invisible Condition”. On the show, Jeff chats with amazing individuals who live with all those conditions that you can’t see from the outside – because they’re invisible. Jeff married Catherine (his middle school sweetheart) in 1999 and they moved to Colorado Springs, CO, where they enjoy raising their 3 kids.

Jeff Pearson is a speaker, author, business owner, and TV host whose life has been shaped by resilience and purpose. Diagnosed with hydrocephalus at two weeks old, he has undergone multiple surgeries—including seven brain surgeries—yet continues to thrive.

Jeff has traveled the world with Up with People, built a career as a private investigator, and now serves as Executive Director of Hydro with Hope, supporting families affected by hydrocephalus. He also hosts two TV shows on e360tv: Invisible Condition, highlighting people thriving with unseen medical challenges, and 6 Degrees of Impact, exploring the unseen influences that shape our lives.

Through his work, Jeff shares a powerful message: you are not alone, there is always hope, and life doesn’t have to be perfect to be amazing. He lives in Colorado Springs with his wife, Catherine, and their three children.
